Mixing It Up

This recorded chair class contains a well-rounded mixture of seated and standing movements for the whole body. Suggested prop: a yoga block, book covered with a towel, or dense pillow.

This recorded chair and standing class focuses on movements to stretch and strengthen the outer hips, and introduces a tapping technique called EFT for releasing negative thoughts and anxiety. Suggest optional prop: a strap, long scarf, or belt.
