I’m Eva Montalvo. 

I’ve spent most of my yoga career welcoming older adults to the world of yoga with a beginner-friendly, judgement-free attitude. Consider this your invitation.

You’ve probably heard how beneficial yoga classes can be for your back pain, balance, blood pressure, chronic pain, and more. The more we learn about yoga and its effects, the longer the list grows. My aim is to help you experience these benefits through a process that’s attuned to you. 

Translation: A process that doesn’t require you to wear fancy leggings, look like a gymnast, or touch your toes.
